Dream Qigong Online Class

This is a beginner-friendly virtual Qigong exercise class. These slow fluid movements facilitate healing by balancing an individual’s energy or electromagnetic field with the overall goal to correct energetic imbalances and blockages. This enables the body to strengthen and regulate the internal organs, nervous system, and immune system. Qigong stimulates the release of deep-seated emotions and stress, and generally results in a relaxed and calm state.

This 60-minute fusion class seamlessly blends the ancient practices of Qigong and Yin Yoga. Explore the profound essence of stillness as you engage in gentle Qigong movements, guided meditation, and luxurious Yin Yoga stretches. Morning Yin Yoga + Qigong Meditation Online Class

Participants will discover the importance of Energetic Purging before Tonifying for holistic well-being. The differentiation between the Yang and Yin aspects of Internal Organs and Channels will be explored, providing insights into the subtle yet powerful forces shaping one's health. We will also cover Healing Sound Exercises, including the "Old Man Searching for the Reflection of the Moon" and the Six Healing Sounds, offering practical demonstrations and applications. Participants will immerse themselves in the Four Guardian Meditation Exercises for balance and serenity and learn to align their energies with the Wuji Posture for a centered existence. Mastery of the Natural Breathing Method for energetic resonance will be a focal point, along with decoding insights from the Five Phase Energy Manifestations for a harmonious life. This course serves as the bridge between ancient wisdom and modern understanding, guiding individuals toward a path of energetic balance and vitality.

MQP1: Foundations of Medical Qigong (Day 1 of 2)

MQP1: Foundations of Medical Qigong (Day 2 of 2)

This course offers a comprehensive exploration of Medical Qigong techniques, focusing on restoring balance and promoting holistic well-being through the cultivation and regulation of Qi. Participants will learn and demonstrate various exercises including meditation, energetic movements, and breath work. Key topics include the 1-10 Meditation, practical applications of energetic exercises, Daoist organ exercises, Turtle Breathing, Golden Ball Regulation, and the Microcosmic Orbit. Participants will also develop skills to create personalized Medical Qigong workouts for themselves and others, tailored to specific health goals and conditions. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to foster balance, vitality, and healing in themselves and others through the practice of Medical Qigong.

MQP2: Foundations of Medical Qigong Movement (Day 1 of 2)

MQP2: Foundations of Medical Qigong Movement (Day 2 of 2)

This course will introduce you to the essential skills and protocols in Medical Qigong Healing. Throughout this course, delve into techniques such as Soul Retrieval Meditation, the "1-10" Meditation, Three Prayer Invocations, Taji Zhi Ball of Light Meditation, and the Tonification Treatment Protocol. Additionally, you'll acquire proficiency in Creating an Energetic Circle, a skill crucial for establishing sacred space and enhancing energetic coherence. Furthermore, you'll master the technique of Disposing of the client’s toxic energy, gaining insight into its pivotal role in promoting holistic healing and well-being.

In this course, you'll be introduced to the practices designed to address physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances in others. You'll gain insight into the "Pulling out the Pain" Meditation, learning to guide individuals in releasing emotional and physical pain stored within the energetic body. Additionally, you'll learn the General Treatment Protocol, a versatile approach to holistic healing that addresses a wide range of energetic imbalances. Through step-by-step demonstrations and theoretical understanding, you'll develop the skills to confidently begin practicing these techniques.

This comprehensive 60-minute individual session will serve as your orientation to energy theory. Engage in an in-depth discussion with your practitioner about your current well-being across physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects. Following this insightful conversation, experience an energetic scan while comfortably lying clothed on a massage table. The practitioner will assess for imbalances, stagnations, and overall energy levels, providing insights into your receptivity to energy work. Conclude with a discussion on recommended next steps, including frequency and tailored modalities for your personalized energetic healing journey.
