An Energetic Massage incorporates the power of Reiki ("Ray Key") with an incredible integrated massage experience. This combination of modalities has the power to dissolve stress, reduce pain and tension, improve circulation, increase your energy and alertness, decrease blood pressure and heart rate, and give the immune system a boost. Your practitioner will use Reiki techniques to target energetic blockages, release stored emotions or trauma, and get your energy flowing optimally.

Energetic Massage

A wonderful way to relieve stress, promote mental clarity, help with pain management, or ease other physical and emotional symptoms; Reiki ("Ray Key") is a Japanese energy healing technique that works to heal the root cause of the problem. 

During your 60-minute session, you can expect to be asked to remove your shoes and lie fully clothed under a blanket on a massage table. An experienced practitioner will use their hands in hands-on and hands-off positions to deliver energy to your body. This improves the flow and balance of your own energy to support holistic healing and does so in a way that leaves you feeling extremely relaxed.

Reiki Session

Our Chakra Alignment Session is designed specifically for busy professionals seeking balance amidst hectic schedules. The chakras, or energy centers within our bodies, can often become imbalanced, causing physical discomfort, mood swings, and decreased mental stamina – all contributors to burnout. 

This 30-minute session, guided by a certified Reiki practitioner, targets these imbalances. By channeling Reiki energy to your chakras, we aim to release stagnant energy, restore balance, and promote a sense of renewal. Our intention is for you to experience revitalizing energy, fostering a refreshed mindset and increased resilience in managing the demands of a busy life.
